I know. It is frustrating. The issue is that a lot of people are trying to buy the same item at the same time. Since all items are one-of-a-kind, only the person first finishing the checkout process gets the item.
DELIVERY
You can expect the delivery time to be around a week or so if located in Denmark. If You live on the other side of the planet – it might take longer. If it is a custom order delivery time will be agreed directly. I use DAO for shipping in DK and PostNord for worldwide shipping.
You are always more than welcome to pick up orders personally (Its free and better for environment) Please reach out in advance, to make sure that I am in the studio when you stop by. If you have any questions, please reach out: mail@annemariekrogh.dk
Returns
Please make sure the package is intact when you receive it – I can not refund any damaged goods. You can only return the item if you receive the wrong package or if you reject the delivery because of damage. If the quality of the product does not live up to expectations, please sent me a photo and a description no later than 14 days after the package arrived. The product can then by agreement be returned to me and I will refund the buy. Note that extra shipping cost for returns is not refunded.

Who are the team?
Me. I take care of all aspects myself and sometimes I get sick or have sick kids – and therefore packages can be a little delayed. I hope You have an understanding for this when buying from a small maker.

No, unfortunately not at the moment.
Do You attend any markets and Fairs this year?
No markets scheduled at this point..

Parcels sent in DK are shipped with DAO. WorldWide Delivery shipped sent with PostNord
