… when you purchase a handmade product, each item has marks that show the making process. Also, the color from the photo can be a little different than real-life, even though I try my best to present the item as it is. I hope you embrace the perfect imperfections, that come from handmade processes.
Every piece I make, is made by hand and heart – and I hope it will brings You joy for generations.
Delivery
You can expect the delivery time to be around a week or so if located in Denmark. If You live on the other side of the planet – it might take longer. If it is a custom order delivery time will be agreed directly.
I use DAO for shipping in DK and PostNord for worldwide shipping.
You are always more than welcome to pick up orders personally (Its free and better for environment)

Returns
Please make sure the package is intact when you receive it – I can not refund any damaged goods.
You can only return the item if you receive the wrong package or if you reject the delivery because of damage.
If the quality of the product does not live up to expectations, please sent me a photo and a description no later than 14 days after the package arrived. The product can then by agreement be returned to me and I will refund the buy. Note that extra shipping cost for returns is not refunded.
